The mission of the Greers Ferry Walleye.Club (GFWC) is rooted in its core values: educating local anglers, sharing information with our members, and partnering with federal, state, and local authorities.
While the Greers Ferry Walleye.Club emphasizes walleye fishing, it is a multi-species fishing club. This means that even if walleye is not your primary target species, the Greers Ferry Walleye.Club can still benefit you. The club offers seminars on other species, and partnerships with state and federal agencies benefit all anglers on Greers Ferry Lake. There is strength in numbers—the more members the club has, the stronger its voice when working with the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission and other agencies.
We are called the Greers Ferry Walleye.Club because our focus is on fishing for Walleye in Greers Ferry Lake. BUT do not let our name fool you. We are actually a multi-species fishing club with a focus on catching walleyes.
So if walleyes are not your thing, they are just too elusive for you, be assured that we will be having seminars and information on catching other species of fish. If you are a paid member, you can post Fishing Reports on any species of fish you catch in the Greers Ferry Lake.

The Beginning How We Started
The club was formed by two fishermen who were having a hard time catching walleye on Greers Ferry Lake.
All Are Welcome Novices And Experts
The club is made up of novice anglers who have never fished for walleye, as well as experienced fishermen, including former professional walleye tournament anglers.
Share, Not Compete
Greers Ferry Walleye.Club is not about competition. It is about sharing knowledge and enjoying time on Greers Ferry Lake together.
